Peak Efficiency Procedure (PEP) Cleaning

A Miller Oil service technician will visit your home to give your furnace or boiler a burner efficiency test to determine how well your furnace is operating. The service technician will: Brush and vacuum boiler or furnace, clean or replace oil pump screen, replace nozzle with proper sizing, lubricate motor, change oil filter cartridge and air filters, balance draft regulator, adjust furnace to maximize oil and air efficiency, re-seal clean-out doors to eliminate leaks and conduct a second burner efficiency test.
$87.20 per visit.

Miller’s Gas Appliance System Check is a preventive maintenance service recommended by propane industry experts. Miller Gas & Oil’s trained experts will conduct an exhaustive inspection of a propane system, from the tank to the appliances, to prevent problems.
