Keystone HELP
Pennsylvania's Special Financing Plan for Energy Saving Home Improvements

What is Keystone HELP?
The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) is a Preferred Monthly Payment Plan with lower rates and longer payment terms than other types of unsecured financing. It is designed to promote energy efficient home improvements. The Keystone HELP program has been designed specifically by AFC First and its sponsors - the Pennsylvania Treasury Department, the Sustainable Energy Funds and other - to provide special financing rates for Pennsylvania customers for most ENERGYSTAR home improvements and other high efficiency qualifying improvements.

The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP), available to consumers only for work performed by Approved Contractor/Dealers, is fast and simple, preferred rate financing with special low rates for ENERGYSTAR® and other qualifying improvements exclusively for Pennsylvania homeowners.  Miller Gas & Oil is a Keystone HELP Approved Dealer.

Miller Service Contracts
